  1. Freeze: Remove grapes from the stem and arrange them in a single layer on a plate or baking sheet. Place the grapes in the freezer and let them freeze until solid, which will take at least 4 hours.
  2. Blend: Transfer the frozen grapes to a food processor. Puree them, scraping down the sides as necessary. Then add the sugar (or honey), lemon zest, and lemon juice. Continue to puree until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
