Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Line a square baking pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking. In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, melted butter, and powdered sugar alternative until just combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan to form an even crust. Refrigerate the crust for at least 30 minutes to allow it to harden.
  2. Make the filling: In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar free powdered sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Stir in the lime juice evenly to incorporate the tangy flavor.
  3. Assemble the cheesecake bars: Pour the cream cheese filling onto the prepared crust. Use a spatula to spread it evenly over the crust. Cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours or until the cheesecake bars are firm.
